Encore Consumer Capital Announces Close of Third Fund; Oversubscribed Private Placement

June 30, 2015 -SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Encore Consumer Capital (“Encore”), a private equity firm based in San Francisco that focuses exclusively on investing in consumer products companies, has closed its third fund (“the Fund”) at the hard cap with $260 million of commitments, exceeding its target fund size of $225 million.
